Hello all, I have some Zoas that are growing at a super rapid rate. They are taking over some other smaller Zoa colonies that I was to let grow out more. Can I just using some tongs and pull them from the rock? I'm not looking to save them. So all and all I just want to cut back the growth so. I know I need some protective equipment, this would be my first time fragging something.

Yes you may be able to pull them off with tongs or forceps depending how much theyve rooted to the LR.
If you have sensitive skin just wear some gloves and safety glasses and wash your hands/arms after. Youll be fine.
great thank you!!

I would do a water change while you pull them off the rock.
