Curious what the experts think. Since this 90 gallon frag tank has a eurobrace, would I be safe to remove just the top framing to make it a rimless?

I would say NO!!!! Rimless tanks are built with thicker glass to add stability without bracing. IMO, if you did this the tank will bow, then break.
