They’re little blobs with like 6 or 7 spikes that wave with the current
 
That picture is so fuzzy, it looks like a terrible snow storm! However, your description sounds like hydroids. Do they look like this:

Hydroids you only see the first weeks , after that they disapear
 
hydroids are clear,as for other ,just remove..looks like stomatella to me???
 
Meh, stomatella and hydroids. Good and goes away respectively.
 
now i think i see flattie ,remove put in container to id.. :)
 
Thank you, I know what stomatella are and can identify them. These are definitely flatworms.
I just would like to know if they are the pest kind.
