It would be cool if you had a frag or something to trade, but I'd rather give this guy a good home and get nothing out of him...so if you don't have any frags to trade, don't worry about it.
This guy's healthy and nothing wrong with him at all. He's not small, but not big either...probably about the average size you find them in pet stores.
