No one around me has a par meter I can borrow and I don't have anything else to test my light's output. I've been trying photone but the LED setting is paywalled. Is there a way I can tune the free settings to work for LEDs or do I have to pay for the actual LED setting?

Did you buy it? Does it work?
It DOES work if you do it right. use right paper, buy the $7 blue white LED calibration. Make sure you put it in a very clear case or waterproof bag as to not add an extra extra layer of diffusion. See here.
