Thanks to an Ender Extender I can do one piece XR30 shades that look good. They flare out to just under 40cm (14.75") wide so the fixture actually looks like lamp instead of a box.

4" Filter Sock Holder for a Bucket

3D printed filter sock holder for a 5 or 7 gallon bucket. This is great for filtering your aquarium. One can run a siphon from their tank through the filter sock into the bucket, then pump the water back to the tank from the bucket for continuous siphoning.

The Hydra26hd is just big enough to print a boxy shade on an ender I think.

I'd do something flared out and probably rounded because I have the print volume and can design it.
My issue is its hard to develop for lights I don't have handy.

I have a few reef shops near me that will lend me equipment so I'll ask around.

I actually got a 400x400 printer so I could print them for XR30s. I am working out some kinks in the design (like power cord handling) before I post them on ParlAquatics.

I would be tempted to mill it out of wood and paint it instead of printing it. but I guess with the UV reactive filament its neat.
If you have a picture or better yet a vector of the image you want I could have a look. Its all just time.
