Free swimming Bacteria?

Can’t really make them out. A pod of some sort?
 
Bacteria are too small to see without a microscope.

Can’t see what you are refering to in the picture. Sorry. Could be many things and that is why I find a saltwater aquarium fascinating. So much to discover. With a microscope, the number of species that you can find is mind boggling.
 
On the waters surface?? Not mosquito or other outside bug larvae is it??

Sorry guys here’s a video they are probably too small to capture but don’t appear to be pods I see baby pods they move in sweeping circles on top the water only like they are blindly swimming I’ll see if I can spot them today
