Free swimming Larvae?

Hello, thought I would share some photos and video of a strange occurrence in my reef tank.

These little worms just floated up out of my live rock one morning. No idea what they are but they all came up from about the same spot and continued to do so, intermittently, for about 20 minutes. Probably released about 80 or so of the little things. They are maybe 2mm long. Very small.

If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.

20 gallon reef but just some live rock, a few leather corals and a bunch of cerith snails. Not much going on in it at the moment.

It's harmless but I forgot it's name

They look like nematodes to me. If so they’re free clean up crew. They’re also free fish food. They’re the good guys.

Nematodes huh, how strange.
I had heard of things like that in freshwater systems but did not know they existed in saltwater also.

Funny little things.

Was quite the sight watching them float up out of my rock like squirming air bubbles.
