Freebies On Your Orders

Don’t for getting to put your freebies in your cart before you check out. I forgot to on my BRS order. Dropped almost $1k. Contacted customer service cause the order was placed over the weekend though they had time to add it on, and got DENIED. Order hasn’t even shipped.

Why not cancel your order and then re-order everything? Espcially if it hasn't shipped.

I could do that. Just don’t want to be THAT Guy. Plus seems like a lot for a tumbler(now) that will sit in the cabinets. Just trying to let everyone know, not to forget.
