Hi all,

I have a Harlequin Tusk coming this weekend. The LFS said that it's been eating freeze-dried krill, but I'm not sure what brand of freeze-dried krill. Another problem is, we don't have freeze-dried krill here except for one brand. The brand is known as "Breeder's Choice" and it has a flowerhorn (the FW fish) as its logo. Would it be safe for the Harlequin Tusk to eat the krill? Thanks!

Why not ask the LFS what brand it's been eating?

I'll try to ask, but it is highly unlikely to be acquirable here. So far, that "brand" is the only one available locally. The LFS does import fish food on an order-basis from time to time, so it is unlikely I'd be able to get one in time.

The fish on the cover of the package doesnt mean anything. FHs are popular so they find their way to the spotlight. That brand should work fine. Good luck!

I'm just worried that it wouldn't be good for saltwater fish. Thank you!
