Freeze dry mysis vs frozen

Juat wondering is freeze dryed mysis as good as the frozen cubes i found a place online where I can get a huge bag of freeze dryed for a good price compared 2 frozen but just wondering is it as healthy as the frozen I have been feeding both and fish like both and I add some selcon to both just wondering what your guys thoughts are on it thanks

It is my understanding that freeze dried food is a little harder for the fish to digest and just less lifelike compared to frozen mysis. But the difference might not be great, especially if you're using selcon to soften them up before feeding. If the fish like it and you're not seeing any differences in behavior or growth, Id say go for it.

I would suggest adding something like Selcon to the freeze dried mysis, it's a vitamin and fatty acid booster.
