Hi , I am a DA user and ATM am looking at switching to Apex. Since many functions are based on accurate probe readings ( temp, pH, salinity). What is the normal calibration period for these probes? Each month? 6 months?.......etc. thanks

I do mine every 6 months. I occasionally check then against red sea test kit (ph) and refractometer (sg) just to make sure they read close or even better, the same. Temp I check against a good old glass thermometer

As long as mine are giving me the numbers that I like, never! Usually I am in tune enough to know when one is drifting. Sometimes 2-3 months on the conductivity, sometimes longer then 6 months on ph.

Is the conductivity probe working well for anyone? Mine keeps shifting up and down regardless of calibration.

@maroun.c Mine stays even with my refractometer for about 3 months before drifting down a touch. Like 34 shifting to low 33s after that. It's two bucks for the calibration solution so I order one when I make an order to keep one on hand.
