It is a great way to go. Well done. Cuttlefish, octopus and squid are a great addition if you need to make larger volumes. I used to make like 20-30 lbs at a time for my FOWLR.
The great thing about shellfish is that all of the guts and stuff gets fed instead of just the meat. I have not seen any real science on this, but many anecdotes from too good of reefers indicating that this is a big part of their success with healthy fish and the whole tank, really.

Yep. Had squid in the last few batches. I agree on the shellfish guts I take the cutting board over to the tank and let the oyster/clam juice drip in. Also put all the juices into the mixture.
the fish eat well on new batch day because I give them a little of each type as I’m cutting it up.
