Fresh water dip?

I don't know as much about zoas as I do acropora. But I've had my utter chaos closed up for about 2 weeks with what appears to be a green film around its nub.

Will a freshwater dip help this out? All other zoas are completely fine.

Took the chance to dip them. Did it for 3 minutes. This is everything that came off. Looks like a rather thick bristle if I'm not mistaken?
