Red Sea blue bucket I left the heater on in the tub overnight with no circulation. The water is cloudy but tests out ok. Safe to use?

If it's sat overnight and all the salt has dissolved, has correct SG and temp. Yes.

Tested fine. Maybe a small bacteria bloom. Made the tank a bit cloudy for an hour but it’s all clear now.

If it is cloudy then there is still stuff that has precipitated into the water column. I would not use it until it is clear. The new salt needs gas exchange, so using a pump is really important.

Mix it again prior to entering it into tank. Elements likely settled and suspended

So it was actually mixed and clear. Then I usually unplug and do the water change the next morning. But I left the heater only plugged in. Usually it would be clear then I turn everything back on an hour before I switch the water to make sure it’s the right temp. Well it’s too late now. Didn’t want to waste 30 gallons of water. All the test said it was good so I figured why not. Everything looks clear and happy in the tank
