Freshwater angle fish needs help

Hi, this isn’t my fish but, I am trying to treat it

It got stuck on decor has what seems like a sever infection and floats it can’t sink in its own

What should I do

Not nearly enough information to even begin to offer any suggestions. Plus this is a saltwater forum...

Yeah, I know I personally have a saltwater tank but, the fish is in rough shape so this is the only idea I have

All I know is the fish got stuck, got an infection and can’t sink down and is at the surface

generally when this happens , they become too weak to recover or recover with deformity.
