Well, the two critters in the middle are cats, note the comic strip title "Cats with Hands". The two cats walk into an aquarium fish store. The owner says would that be for here or to go? Get it? They're cats, they like to eat fish, they walk into a pet shop...........the caption is: "The first rule of retailing is know your clientele". The owner, knowing his clientele, knows the cats aren't buying the fish to put in their aquarium, thus his question "Will that be for here or to go?"

Cats buying from a cat, know your clientele, fish, cat's with hands but they don't have hands, the store sign facing the right way, why is it a Dr., I don't know. There are a lot of pieces in there that I just don't get.

OK. It's Dr. Mac's pet shop. The comic strip is Cats With Hands, they don't actually have hands. It's a comic strip.
