So not usually superstitious however can not explain how my Blue Throat Trigger ended up in the sump. He cant get down the overflow and tank is covered no explanation but luckily he is fine and back home. Anybody else have weird things happen today?

Not weird, but don't go to the doctor on Friday 13th. It's never good.
