Fried my mp10

I was doing a WC on my 50g cube today and as I was syphoning water out I got a pretty good splash on my 2 week old MP10 control box and pretty much fried it,it has stopped working,only been in use for about 2 weeks. I bought 2 of them and I dont think the warranty covers that.What can I do about this do you think the retailer I purchased it from would help me out being that at the time I purchased the 2 MP10s I also purchased a 6x24w ATI Powermodule and spent well over $1000 with them?

Eh doubt it! I had the same issue and had to pay $75.00 shipped I believe for a new driver....

Well if you dont have the new driver you can submit for a new driver. There is a rebate form that you qualify for and can get it for real cheap. Just look on their website for driver rebate form.

Try contacting Ecotech directly to see if there is some way for you to mail it in for repairs. From what I've heard they have good customer support, and you really don't have anything to lose.

had to pay $75.00 shipped I believe for a new driver.... well I just had mine freeze and that was the first question they asked. mine luckly never got wet, but some program was screwed, they fixed and shipped my mp10 the same day. No money out of my pocked except the shipping to them.
