Friend or foe in pico - help please?

Spotted this bustling hub of activity near some zoas in my pico build just now - look on the dark red corraline...I'm assuming amphipods but they look a little long and skinny for that. Plus they move lightning fast.

Any ideas??

I have a video but can't figure out how to post it. I will try to get pics with whites on but they leave when the light is too bright. They have legs and antenae so I don't think a worm?

Yes that's it for sure. I can't get my camera zoomed in enough while they are still they move so fast. Are they bad, shouldn't dip the frag plugs they are on? These are all corals I've moved from my main tank into a small pico, just fyi, its not anything thats come in on new corals so they must be established in my tank. Is that bad @KJ @ReeferWarrant ?

Like @Emptyness mentioned, they are not bad. They are a good source of food for anything that eats pods and are a decent CUC member too.
