Lol, my bad, sort of looked like a plating macroalgae from this angle/lighting. @ISpeakForTheSeas has spoken. vermited, kill it.

It kind of does look like a plating macro of some kind - if you zoom in on the pic, you can see the classic vermetid shell spiral in the growth though.

it does have somethin poppin in and out. it hasnt moved its just been chillen there

Cover it in coral glue, that should suffocate it. You can also crush it but coral glue is my preferred method of execution
