Friend or Foe?

I just noticed this cruising around my goni. It kind of looks like an asterina starfish but I am not certain. Seems to only have three legs. Thoughts?

Asterina, as long as the coral isn’t dying, it shouldn’t bother it. They only eat decaying, tissue and bacteria and biofilm.

Asterina starfish. Ambivalent. I like them. Can grow out of control. A few people report them eating coral, but there are several species. The whitish gray ones are the most common and usually quite innocuous
