Friend or foe

So far so I’ve only got coral from a local friend. I recently purchased a brain coral from a fish store. Can anyone tell me what this is attached to it? I haven’t been doing this long enough to have any aptasia, so it don’t know what they look like other online. Anyway, I noticed this at the base of the coral yesterday and don’t know if it’s friend or foe.
