Friend or Foe?

Hi.
Am 6weeks into cycling my first marine; LFS suggested live rock. Saw this on my rock this morn, suspect a Nudibranch but as am intending a Toadstool and some easy LPS over time should I try remove it.
Admittedly I did try pick it up with a pair of forceps with aim to remove but found impossible task as it kept flattening itself and could only remove a few of its polyps(?); yes it's still alive cruising the rock.
Apologies for poor quality pick.
Qu: should it be removed, and how?!

Thanks for the link Diesel, I actually ID a unknown thanks to you. I have about 20 Limpet Snails in our 125 gallon and a few in the refugium.
