Friend or foe?

Was rinsing my Chaeto from my AIO 45 sump and found this worm. Never have I seen one in the tank itself (2 1/2 years running) and it may have come in on the Chaeto.
Is it a Peanut worm? and is it reef safe? or can I just put it back in it's Chaeto home.

It's a Medusa worm.

They are scavengers. So they are safe. Just use caution around invertebrates.

Thanks, I'll just let it live in the Chaeto.
I did see an article that said they could release toxins if they get shredded in a powerhead.
