Hello at the bottom of the frag plug that holds the scan coral there is a flower lookin thing. I have tried to snatch it with tweezers but a quick one he is. I’m not sure what it is or if I need to remove him or if he won’t bother the coral I would rather not have to disturb the frag. I hope the picture shows up

Friendly tip - next photo / ID request it always helps to draw a circle or have a arrow in red pointing to the object in question. However, it looks like a feather duster to me. Assuming I'm looking at the right thing.

Edit: friend. Depending on what fish are in the tank it very well could survive. Some fish like copperband butterflies eat them. As an example.

Edit 2: Some people do not like them because they can spread. They do not like the look of the tube worm body / white spiral thing(s).

Agreed it’s a feather duster. I would say friend as they are filter feeders in the water column and do not bother anything. Like said above some don’t like them but I don’t mind them!

It is a feather duster. No harm no foul.

So i have the same thing on a few of my coral plugs. Someone said it was coco worm. the shell that's attached to the plug is hard vs soft on a feather duster.

Its a sabellid worm also called feather duster tube worm. Filter feeder and harmless and often isolated as a single worm building its' tube out of detrious

Feather duster and I love those things. They are filter feeders. They will not harm anything in your tank.
