Friend or Foe?

found this guy in one of my acros.
i thought it was fish poop, but it moved when i touched it with a long tooth pick.
wrapped nylon bag around it ant took the frag out for a dip just in case.
this little guy is in a plastic cup waiting for your verdict
the frag was loosing color and looked kind of unhappy, perhaps this is the culprit

Foe as its hairy and hairy ones are bad, but could go in your sump if you liked
