Friend or Foe?

Can anyone ID these 3 little fuzzy white things hanging off the bottom of this live rock? I’m new to saltwater. They are in my coral/invert QT tank on a frogspawn frag I bought about a month ago. I don’t see them anywhere else in the tank.

Thank you! I just looked up pictures of them and that is exactly what they are. From my understanding, they are benign?

Pineapple sponges are harmless filter feeders. I think they are really cool to have.

Yep, pineapple sponges. They ... and other sponges ... are actually a very good sign of a healthy tank biome. If they survive and even spread a bit, that's a very good sign.
