Friend or For?

Really keen to avoid starting off with any pests, so giving the rocks that my first corals came on a good inspection (I've already done a dip with coral RX before putting them in).

Are these little things friend or For. I know what aiptasia looks like when it's bigger, but would these be baby ones that I should glue up, or are they other polyps or filter feeders that are helpful/good?

Appreciate any help, especially at the start so I know what I should be looking for in terms of pest anenome identification etc.

I see what appear to be a fan worm but may be barnacle, a clove polyp or even a single alveopora and left clove polyp
Would not be foes
