Swims super fast with a whole body undulation

If those are feelers/tentacles at the front of the worm, it looks like a bad, bad worm...

Given the fast swimming, possibly an epitoke? (Basically a reproductive stage bristle worm.)

Looking at pictures of epitokes online this one was more white and less bristle-y. There were definitely small feelers at the mouth. I took it out to be safe. Here's a video of the swimming:

It only came out after the flow was off for about 15 minutes while I was cleaning the tank and preparing for a water change

The swimming looks like an epitoke to me also.
