Friendly pod or foe?

I see them during the day jumping around the rock work.

Looks like a pod. If it's not bothering anything you're probably ok :)

!!! What does one do with a tank full of miniature, merciless, godless, killers (that are totally awesome)?
You guys are starting to freak me out [emoji24] I'll try and get better photos; in the meantime, what is the probability that a. They are mantis and b. The likelihood of them growing to maturity and wrecking everything?
 
If they ARE mantis start looking for a place to sell them. There are a lot of folks (well, a few) who want these (really cool) devils.
 
Color is throwing me from the picture, it looks like a munnid isopod.
 
Arnt pods nocturnal for the most part. The discription states moving around during the day.
