I have a 60 cube just wondering what a nice friendly wrasse would be to go with my possum wrasse. I like a red velvet wrasse, not sure if anyone has info on that. It needs to be reef safe.

Flashers tend to stay smaller, and can be good dither fish for possum's that are still pretty shy.

Naoko's and red velvet's are pretty aggressive for fairy wrasses. Better fairy wrasse choices would include most of the species in the lunatus complex.

Most flashers, except for the eightline, should work just fine.

I am in full agreement with TJ ^

Better fairy wrasse choices would include most of the species in the lunatus complex.
And to take that a step further, these are also a good choice because of their size. A 60 cube is right on the boardline in my mind when it comes to lateral swimming space for many wrasses, and I would not pick a species which grows larger than 4".

Another good option for you is the pink streak wrasse (Pseudocheilinops ataenia).
