We get asked some great questions by customers, including "Can you ship in this incredibly cold winter weather?" The answer is yes, we can.
We ship in 1.5" thick sytrofoam coolers, with heat packs as needed. In extremely cold temperatures, like the -8 degrees that we shipped to last week, we use thermal bags inside the styrofoam cooler for extra protection. In the very unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, send us a quick email or reach out through Facebook Messenger and we will replace any DOAs without question or hassle. We don't need you to fill out a form, or help desk ticket, or send pictures. We take your word for it, and reship the following Monday.
