Fritz turbo start 900 dosing?

I have 54 gallons i bought fritz turbo start 900. And people telling me to just dump the whole thing in there? Is that fine?

Rock, marine pure, etc. anything that is porous and the bacteria will latch onto.

Yep. Turn off the pumps and skimmers, dump the whole bottle in and turn everything on after an hour or so. Wait 24hrs and check for a cycle.
