Fritz Turbo Start and Reefmat

Hey everyone,

I just used Fritz Turbo Start in a new tank and my reefmat started going crazy. The instructions say to just turn off the skimmer and UV but it seems like my reefmat pulled everything out? Anyone else had this experience?

I used turbo start before I had my ReefMatt installed but I would think the Reef Matt wouldn't pull out what the turbo start does for you tank. You can always go into the ReefBeat app and adjust the length the ReefMatt moves the roll.

Time is required for nitrifying bacteria to settle, but I would bet a skimmer cannot sterilize an aquarium.

Do you have testing data that indicates your system will not reduce ammonia Concentration anymore?
