Frog spawn.. again with the splitting -_-

Crazy....I have a small frog spawn that looks nothing like the others and the dude said it was just kinda there one day...he never bought it..and found it back behind all the love rock...that was never moved for three years...everything was so preserved we had to nock chunks of sand off that had hardened into rock ...like the sand bed was a huge rock of sand...crazy things

Just good husbandry is needed. Keep your water quality up and they will recover. Do worry about additional supplements. Keep your main stuff in check and that's all is needed.

Yup, they definitely look a little worse for the wear. I wouldn't do more harm by trying to frag them up. No need to feed, most corals get all they need from our lights., though a little food here and there never hurts.

Ya I would leave them be and let them grow. Even if they are shaded in some spots you will be amazed how they adjust their growth pattern over time to maneuver those shaded parts back into the light. Also I agree that they look unhealthy.
