Frog spawn coral not looking good

My tank is 7 months old. Everything else looks good except one of the two heads on my frog spawn coral. Tank parameters - Sal - 1.025, PH - 8.29, CAl- 420, AK-8.1, Phosphate- .03, Mag-1240. 3 pictures. 1) sad frog spawn, 2) happy frog spawn 3) fish tank. FYI, I’m working on how to take good photos. Thank.

Is it in close proximity to a torch coral? If so that is why it is sad.
