ive got a frog spawn that has pretty much just disappeared. Nothing but the stalk for the last month or longer. Now it's starting to grow it's flesh back over the time, is this thing coming back

Well if its growing back then yhea id say its starthing to come back, Did it do this right when you added to the tank or what?

I added it about three months ago. It did great for about two months, then got smaller and smaller, and it's just been the stalk with a little flesh over it for about a month. Only thing in my tank that!ive has a problem with, I bought a torch and hammer the same time as the frog spawn and there doing great.

Perhaps its in a location where it has to much or not enough light or flow

I have two large frogspawn growing like weeds, they are in med-low light and the flow is enough to gently sway them about. You dont want them to be getting blown over or to be totally still either. This is just what I have found luck with.

I can't get a good pic, but I did see some neon green tentacles forming on one head, so definitely a good sign

Any possible inverts eating it? I inherited some peppermint shrimp that rip any of my euphyllia coral to shreds. Luckily they stay to one side of the tank but I still need to trap them.

Put it next to the hammer, they can go together and like the same conditions! Just keep it away from the torch those buggers are mean.

Shrimp will go after euphyilla in my experience, especially if there is something wrong with it. If the shrimp are messing with it, they will not a stop until it's gone. I'd try to get them out and watch for improvement.

Only shrimp I have is a cleaner shrimp, and I didn't even have him when the frogspawn started declining
