How long have you noticed it looking "weird"? As was previously mentioned, euphyllia can change for a variety of reasons. If it were my tank, I wouldn't worry until it was contracted for more than 48-72 hours... It could still be moody after that long, but if it's back to normal, you would have made changes for no reason.

it’s been like this for like a day and a half

it’s been getting worse thru out the day
Honestly, it's still puffy and evenly distributed within the polyps... I agree that a water change/carbon is a fine idea, but would not do anything more invasive than that right now.
Has your flow to that area changed AT ALL? This could be anything from you repositioning a powerhead to cleaning off some algae thereby making a pump run stronger...
I'm not trying to minimize the situation (frogspawn is my favorite coral as well), but it still just looks moody to me.

Obviously stress due to either water or something that changed in parameters.
What test kits are you using? Calcium is important for them as is lighting. You stated you had this guy a while. Any change in flow or lighting ?
My suspect - salinity or temperature warmed up.

that’s probably what did it i cleaned my power heads and the flow got a little stronger

i use a aqua spin to test my water and i don’t think it’s something with the water cause my other frogspawn is doing great

Your mag is a little low. Euphyllia tend to like higher mag 1350 plus. I would try and move it to a very low flow area to see if that is possibly the issue.
