Frogspawn after target feeding

I target fed my normal healthy appearing frogspawn with reefroids.
The mouth at one of the heads appears like this. Any idea what it is?

I'm not a fan of targeted feeding. I have witnessed fish and inverts aggressively go after corals which have been fed, trying to rip the food away. Not sure if that is the issue with your frogspawn, but it does look like there may be some tissue damage.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think my fish went after the coral yesterday, but yeah that's definitely a potential problem I hadn't thought of. Hmm if I target feed next time, I'll make sure my fat fish are all well fed before

My frogspawn is all happy and healthy today loll. Very unusual yesterday, never seen it do that before, almost all if it digested the food outside with an open mouth. Whatever it was, I'm glad it's all good now.
