My RBTA decided to go mess with my frogspawn colony and all of the heads bailed out. I managed to save a few and put them in a cup. Does anyone know if they regrow (skeleton) or if they can be attached to something?

They can possibly reattach, and can continue living the way you have them for quite some time. They need things to be just right to reattach though, make sure you're attempting to feed them and aren't going to get punctured and they might. It isn't very likely but they can.
