Frogspawn coral help

Hello everyone! I have a peace of frogspawn that I could use some help with. It’s has this one area in the center of one of the heads that looks swollen. During the day when the lights are on it’s not so bad. But at night when the lights are out it swells to the point it looks like it’s going to pop. I’ve only had the coral a few weeks and it’s been fine until now. I have 8 other corals in my tank all seem to be happy and doing well. I have attached a video/photos of the frogspawn from this morning. If someone can look and tell me what they think is going on with it would be very helpful. My tank parameters are all inline for the most part.

AKH 9.6
Cal 400

I'm no expert, but could it be splitting? I've seen other corals do weird stuff as they were splitting.

I was also thinking the same thing but was hoping to get some kind of confirmation. Thanks for the feedback.
