Frogspawn coral help !!!!

So my frogspawn coral looks like it had split or I have no idea what is going on I got it about four months ago can someone please help me my other corals are doing just fine in the tank as well. It only had one head when I got it and this week I fed it and noticed it had two.

That looks more like the polyp is bailing out to me. @ReefSquad #reefsquad any ideas?

That one polyp looks dead and gone there. The other one seems ok so far.
Unfortunately not unusual for Euphyllia to die like this for a variety of reasons.

Polyp Bailout. We've all had it happen, sometimes you will never find out why.

I see you have clowns nearby. Do they bother it? I usually recommend an iodine dip for euphyllia to help with any possible bacterial infections. A bacterial infection may not be the root cause but it’s easy for them to develop an infection when stressed. However, once on they’re way out, they are difficult to save. Good luck!
