Frogspawn dying

Rescued this frogspawn from a guy who’s quitting. He haven’t been maintaining the tank for a while. Is there anything I can do to help this frogspawn? I can only think of dipping it with Iodine, but not sure if that helps.

There are maybe 3 heads in this rock but they’re all dying

Well outside of dipping for pests and a nice iodine dip. I would place it in your tank and leave it alone. Stable parms and good conditions will make it happy.
