Frogspawn Flow

Curious for some input on how my frogspawn flow is looking? Added it to my tank last night and it's starting to look happy again, some videos I see posted they're flowing like crazy, I don't want to over do it but I also don't won't to not have enough. Current wave maker is random flow, was considering getting a 425 gph for the other side of my tank.

It's a 32.5 G fluval flex

Don't mind my little guy yelling in the background lol
