Frogspawn fully extended but not all round .

Need some advice on my Frogspawn . It’s been in my reef tank for a month now , opens everyday with tentacles fully extended all around the front but the back of it doesn’t seem to extend as much . Only just noticed this today. Should I be worried?
All other LPS in the tank look happy .

gonna need to dose some phosphate and nitrate otherwise the corals are going to starve
