Frogspawn help

Came home to my frogspawn looking healthy and all but it has something blown up and looks swollen so to say. Not sure what it is but def want to figure this out ASAP

nope but I have just read into it and people say it’s starting to split so sometimes they get bubbles but sometimes they don’t. Hope that’s my case

I’ve never seen my clown hosting it. As for coral warfare nothing is in reach of it at least on that side of it

I've had this frog spawn for over 15 yrs and I have experienced the brownish jelly which polyp bailout followed. I had an alk swing fortunately It rebounded

@Vinman alk is at a consistent 10.5. I don’t dose anything in the tank just use reef crystals. @Katrina71 nothing that can reach it

I cut it monthly... my lfs is stocked up

What’s a good level for dkh? My tank is just lps, mushrooms and zoas. Inverts snails, tube nem, and a clam

I try to Target 8 to 8 and 1/2 have you always been at 10 and a half

Pretty much always at this level. It used to be higher when I was using Red Sea coral pro. But than changed to reef crystals. I used to get alk precipitation. If it’s more beneficial for me to lower my alk I def would want that since I want to add sps because I know they need a lower alk. Maybe i need to lower my dkh or change salts

Looks like you have Hammer next to it are your hammers doing good....
