Hey guys, text my bought 1 head of frogspawn and it was doing great and I came home from school, and it was less brighter and it looked stretched and droopy

Bingo! Water quality is upsetting your new coral. You can try daily water changes till the numbers look closer to fresh made seawater

Nitrate, and alk are high. I’m sure po4 is not in balance with no3 too, but curious what that number is too.

Where did you get the water? Did you make it from a RO/DI unit?

We have well water, it doesn’t contain chemicals made for drinking like city

It’s common practice to filter well water or city water through a RO/DI for a reef tank

well water has a lot of minerals in it, not good for any reef, see if a LFS sells Ro-Di water
