under left side of head is something flat moving all of this frogspawn. Any idea? Guess I should no longer buy from this lfs? Is that a flat worm???

Frogspawn pop their heads when they are not happy. They will not survive. Frogspawn is one of the more difficult corals to keep. Look in the tank for the heads. You can put them in a bowl in the tank and they might regenerate the hard stalks where you can "plant" them again somewhere. But from experience, I'll tell you once the heads pop off, they are finished.

If anything hit it and damaged the tissue it can become infected and turn into brown jelly...once it has reached brown jelly its a gonner...I had a two head torch coral and one was damaged without me knowing and it come down with brown jelly and I quickly snapped off the head and got it outta my tank...if any of that stuff gets on any other coral it can kill it...but also if you can snap off the infected head you maybe able to save the other head...sorry but both your heads look a gonner

I would IMO but some people believe that sometimes they can come back, but ive never seen a frogspawn looking like that come back, but who knows. sorry it sucks to lose anything

First off, what are your parameter? How old is your tank? Did you dip the coral before putting it into the tank? I would leave it. Put it in a low-flow area if it's not already in one. If you have a dip like Revive coral cleaner (my favorite) use it to dip your frogspawn.

No I didn't dip before putting in.
Temp 78.6-79.6
Salinity .025
Ph 8-8.2
Alk 11
Cal 380
Ammonia 0
Phosphate 0
Nitrate 0
This is what I tested today.
