Does my frogspawn look weird to you? Most of the frogspawn I see have one tip per tentacle, this has lots of little tips.

Looks normal to me. Just a different type of Euphyllia. Some call those "Octospawn". You do have a fresh dead head underneath. Was it already like that when you got it?

I've only had it a week, the other was already gone. I plan to saw the dead head off at some point (after I buy a teeny hack saw). I think it gets enough light, it's half way up.
